About The Team Leader Accelerator
The Team Leader Accelerator is an 8-week online coaching program that develops team leaders’ capability to get better results, by getting the best out of their people.
It equips them with simple and practical techniques which are backed by behavioural science. Using these techniques, team leaders have increased team performance by 11+% and achieved “world-class” levels of employee engagement.
The Accelerator offers workshops and coaching in short 90-minute sessions, so they can easily apply everything they learn in bite-sized chunks. Perfect for busy team leaders.
Participants spend 50% of the program time planning and practising for implementation. This level of skill practice ensures that your team leaders can confidently implement what they learn as business as usual.

What Team Leaders Get
Certification
A Certificate of Excellence in Applied Team Leadership will be provided to team leaders when their team has achieved the performance improvement goals agreed to at the start of the program.

Program Options
On-going membership to the Team Leader Academy is available on a 6-monthly subscription per team leader.
No-Fail Guarantee
If any team leader has not got better results from their team within 3 months of completing the Accelerator, we’ll give them unlimited one-on-one coaching until they do.

Terms & Conditions
a) No-Fail Guarantee: for it to apply, the team leader must have completed the Accelerator by attending at least 16 of the 18 sessions and can demonstrate that they have applied the methods taught.
b) Unlimited on-on-one coaching: each coaching call is 20 minutes long and is focused on resolving one issue. By the end of each call, the team leader will have an action plan to implement. They must have implemented that action plan before booking their next coaching call.
c) Certification: team leaders must have attended at least 16 of the 18 sessions, in addition to achieving the performance improvement goals agreed to at the start of the program.
d) Payment: to be made on invoice and is required before the start of the program.
e) Cancellation policy: Cancellations, transfers to another program date or a replacement person can be made up to 7 working days before the program if submitted in writing. We will not provide any refunds or transfers after this time. We charge a $100 administration fee for any cancellation, transfer or replacement.
